Create a Construction Sites Layer (MS4)

This article explains how to create a construction sites layer on your ArcGIS Online account from a UtiliSync template.

Instructions

1. Sign into ArcGIS Online.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. Click the Create button.

4. Select the Feature Layer option.

   

5. Select the From URL tab
6. Copy the following URL and paste it into the URL field: https://services6.arcgis.com/ExtdhXSbhHKK7FFW/arcgis/rest/services/Sample_Construction_Sites/FeatureServer

7. Click Next.

   

8. Select both the Feature Layer and the related table (see below).

9. Click Next.

   

10. Click Next on the Create a feature layer page (you can zoom into your area if you like, but it is not necessary).
11. Enter a title, tag, and the folder where you would like to save the Feature Layer.

12. Click Done.

    

13. To make the layer editable, on the item page click Settings.

    

14. Scroll down to the Feature Layer section and click Enable editing.

    

Success! The Construction Sites layer is now on your ArcGIS Online account and is editable.
