Save 811 Tickets to Cityworks Service Request

This article describes how to integrate a Cityworks service request with the UtiliSync TMS app. Once this is configured in the UtiliSync Admin app, a service request will be created every time a locate request is added to your account. Note, you will need to have administrative rights to configure the settings.

Instructions

  1. Open the Cityworks Integration.
  2. In the area labeled Save 811 Tickets to Cityworks Service Request, choose the correct Service Request Domain from the dropdown.
  3. Then choose the correct Service Request Template from the next dropdown.
  4. Set the toggles to your desired specifications and click the SAVE button.

Success! Now you can save 811 Tickets to Cityworks Service Requests.
