Issue Attaching Photos Due to UltraHD Cameras

When completing a form in UtiliSync you have the option of attaching photos. Photos not attaching? This may be why.

We found that when the camera is set to the highest setting, the pixels come across at 12000x9000 which is 108,000,000 pixels. We are then resizing it down to 270,000, 400x smaller. The phone times out before the resizing can take place.

Clearing your cache will not clear this issue up.

Instead, you may need to lower your phone’s photo settings if you have an UltraHD camera. Once you take your phone off this setting your photos should load in fine.
