Save Ticket to GIS UtiliBot

In this article, you will learn how to set up the Save Ticket to GIS UtiliBot for your 811 Locate Request form in the UtiliSync Admin app.

Instructions

1. Sign in to the UtiliSync Admin app using your ArcGIS credentials.
2. Open the Forms tab and select the Locate Request form that you would like to add this UtiliBot to.

3. In the Edit Form space, open the Save 811 Tickets to Feature Service UtiliBot tab on the left.

4. Enable the toggle at the top to turn on the UtiliBot.
5. Enter your Feature Service URL in the space provided.
6. Enable the toggle if this is a Secured Service.

7. Test the Connection using the button if you'd like to see if the Feature Service URL has been added correctly.
8. Save the form.

Success! You can now set up and edit the Save Ticket to GIS UtiliBot for your Locate Request forms.
