Create a Custom API Key

In this article, you will learn how to generate a Custom API Key or Token to enable your organization to Optimize Routing of your tickets in tms.utilisync.app

Instructions

1. Sign in to developers.arcgis.com/api-keys/
2. Click on the +New API Key button.

3. A dialog box will appear, choose a title for the new key. ex: Optimized Routing for UtiliSync. Add a description if you'd like, but this is optional.
4. Click on the Create API Key button.

5. In the Overview tab, click on the Set Service Scopes button.

6. Click on the check boxes for Routing and Optimized Routing in the Available Services.
7. Then click on the Apply services button at the bottom of the dialog.

8. You can see the Location Services in a dialog if you would like to check what you have enabled.
9. Copy the Key and send it to support@utilisync.com so we can add it to your account.

Success! You can now create a custom API Key to use for Optimized Routing.
