Save 811 Tickets to Feature Service

In this article, you will learn how to save your 811 Locate Request tickets to your ArcGIS Feature Service in the UtiliSync admin app.

Remember to sign in to UtiliSync with your ArcGIS credentials if you want to test a Secured Feature Service connection.

Instructions

1. Sign in to the admin app.
2. Open the Forms tab and select the desired Locate Request Form.

3. This will open the Form Builder. In the Navigation Panel (hamburger menu on the top left), select Save 811 Tickets to Feature Service.
4. Enter your Feature Service URL in the field provided and use the toggle if it is Secured.
5. You may use the TEST CONNECTION button to ensure that UtiliSync can connect to your Feature Service using the URL you entered. NOTE: You must be signed in to UtiliSync with your ArcGIS credentials for this to work for a Secured Feature Service.
6. Enable the Save Locate Request UtiliBot with the toggle.

7. Now you may close the Save 811 Tickets to Feature Service dialog and Save Form. Then exit the Form Builder and Save Layer.

Success! You can now Save your 811 Tickets to your Feature Service.
