Clear a Ticket From the Map
This article explains the process of clearing a ticket from the Map in the UtiliSync 811 app.
Instructions
- Tap on a ticket on the Map so the ticket info panel opens.
- Select your locate request form from the Select a Form dropdown if it is not already there by default.
- Tap the + icon to open the form.
- Complete the form as required.
- Then tap Clear Ticket.
Success! You have cleared your ticket from the Map.
