Clear Multiple Tickets From the Ticket List

This article explains the process of clearing multiple Tickets from the Ticket List in the UtiliSync 811 app. The layout will look different depending on your device but the process is the same.


Instructions

  1. Select the Tickets you want to clear using the checkboxes.
  2. Use the Viewing Tickets toggle to pull just the selected tickets into a new list.

  1. Use the Viewing Tickets toggle again to return from the selected tickets to the full ticket list.
  2. Select your Locate Request form from the dropdown if it is not there by default. Note: Another dropdown will appear if you have multiple Locate Request Layers.  Select the Layer with which you are working. Then select your Locate Request Form. The tickets must all be in the same Layer to be batch-cleared.
  3. Click the + icon to open your form.

  1. Complete your form. Note: Do not fill in the fields that say Varies By Ticket. These fields will be pulled in automatically and filled with the information from each Ticket.
  2. After you have completed your form, click Clear Ticket.

  1. Each ticket will be submitted with the response you entered on the form.

Success! You cleared multiple Locate Request Tickets from the Ticket List.
