Clear a Ticket From the Ticket List

This article explains the process of clearing a ticket from the Ticket List in the UtiliSync 811 app. The layout will look different depending on your device but the process is the same.


Instructions

  1. Tap on the ticket that you want to clear.
  2. Select your Locate Request form from the Select a Form dropdown if it is not there by default. Note: Another dropdown will appear if you have multiple Locate Request Layers.  Select the Layer with which you are working. Then select your Locate Request Form.
  3. Tap on the + icon to open your form.

  1. Complete the Locate Request Form.
  2. Tap on Clear Ticket.

Success! You have cleared your Locate Request Ticket from the Ticket List.
