Clear a Ticket From the Ticket List
This article explains the process of clearing a ticket from the Ticket List in the UtiliSync 811 app. The layout will look different depending on your device but the process is the same.
Instructions
- Tap on the ticket that you want to clear.
- Select your Locate Request form from the Select a Form dropdown if it is not there by default. Note: Another dropdown will appear if you have multiple Locate Request Layers. Select the Layer with which you are working. Then select your Locate Request Form.
- Tap on the + icon to open your form.
- Complete the Locate Request Form.
- Tap on Clear Ticket.
Success! You have cleared your Locate Request Ticket from the Ticket List.
