Clear Your Browser's Cache
This article contains information on how clear your browser's cache to improve the speed or functions of the UtiliSync Inspect app.
UtiliSync is a web app and clearing your browser's cache from time to time can speed up and improve the performance of UtiliSync.
You may also need to clear your browser's cache after a new release of UtiliSync. Your browser should see the new version of UtiliSync, but sometimes it holds on to the old version and doesn't update. Clearing your cache takes care of that.
UtiliSync may work on a variety of browsers, but we only officially support Chrome and Safari. See below for links on how to clear your cache for those browsers
- Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Chrome: Clear cache & cookies (Note click on the appropriate tab for the type of device you are on: Computer, Android, iPhone & iPad)
