Check UtiliBot Status for Form Submissions

In this article, you will learn how to check the UtiliBot status for your submitted forms in UtiliSync's Inspect app (inspect.utilisync.app).

Instructions

1. Sign in to the UtiliSync Inspect app.
2. Open the Form Submissions page from the Navigation panel.
3. If it isn't already visible, use the + button to add the column UtiliBot Status to the list of Form Submissions.

4. For the overall UtiliBot Status, you can check the symbols in the column for each submitted form.

5. To get more details about which UtiliBots failed, succeeded, or had errors, you can either;

a. Click anywhere on the row with the form in question then select the UtiliBot Summary button at

the bottom of the form.

b. Click on the More Options (three dots) menu at the right side of the row and then click View

UtiliBots.

6. Both of these routes will open the UtiliBot dialog with each of the UtiliBots that are configured for the form and status information including error messages.

Success! You can now check and find the details about the UtiliBot Status of your submitted forms using the Form Submissions page.
