Contact Support

This article explains how to contact support at UtiliSync.


Instructions

Before asking for help from support, you can try finding your own answer with our collection of help articles. There are two ways to access them:

  1. You can access our Knowledge Base directly through the tab in the Navigation Menu. This will open a different page where you will be able to search for the answers you need. 
  2. Click the Support tab and then select the Answers tab (This should be the default).  You will then be able to view our collection of help articles from within the UtiliSync app.

If you cannot find an answer to your problem in our knowledge base, please follow the instructions below to write a message to our Support Team. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Click the Support tab and then select the Ask tab.
  2. Provide a Subject then enter a description of your question or problem.
  3. Select Send a message.
  4. Another way to contact our Support Team is to send an email to support@utilisync.com.

Keep in mind this is not a live chat.  We will respond to you as soon as we can!
