Attach a Photo to a Form

In this article, you will learn how to add a photo to a form in the UtiliSync Inspect app. Adding a photo to a form is a very useful option for recording site-specific details.

Instructions

  1. Open the form you would like to add images to.
  2. Find the form field for Photos and tap on +ADD.

  1. Select Camera in the next info panel to take a photo with your device if you have not already done so.
  2. Select Docs to add one of the documents already attached to the site to your form.
  3. Select Map to take a screenshot of the UtiliSync map.
  4. Tap on Drag and Drop or Browse to select a photo from your device.
  5. When your image has been taken or selected, tap on the RESIZE AND UPLOAD IMAGES button.

  1. Once your image is in the Add Image panel, you can give it a description or use the Markup tool.
  2. Markup and Delete are accessed through the More Options (three dot) menu. 

  1. Add the photo to your form by tapping the Close button. 
  2. You can also add Markup and a Description to any images after they have been added to the form.

Success! You can now add photos to a form.
