Submit or Save a Form

In this article, you will learn how to complete and submit a form in the UtiliSync Inspect app.


Instructions

  1. Select the desired site to open the Info Panel.
  2. Tap on the Report Form dropdown arrow then tap on the form you want to submit.
  3. Tap on the + form icon to start a new form.

  1. Complete the form, add any images, files, or action items in the spaces provided.
  2. Tap the Submit button.
  3. If you want to save a draft of the form instead of submitting it, you can do that with the More Options (three dot) menu at the top of the form. You can also use that menu to get the Form Submission ID or Delete the form.

  1. You will find all draft and finalized forms in the Log tab of the Info Panel for the site.

Success! You can now submit a form.
