Create Scheduled Forms

In this article, you will learn how to create Scheduled Forms and assign them to contractors in the UtiliSync Inspect app.


UtiliSync provides contractors with an email link to all forms and documents available for a site as well as an interactive list of required tasks with photos. 

Instructions

  1. Select the site on your map that you would like to add a Scheduled Form to.  
  2. Select Tasks at the top of the info panel.

  1. Select + Schedule Form in the Tasks pane.
  2. Use the fields to assign your Task.
  3. Enter your desired due date.
  4. When you are finished, select Schedule.

Success! You can now add a Scheduled Form to a site.
