How UtiliSync TMS Works OFfline
UtiliSync TMS is designed to keep your workflow seamless, even when you don’t have an internet connection. Whether you’re working in remote areas or experiencing connectivity issues, UtiliSync TMS ensures that you can continue handling 811 tickets without any disruption.
Key Features of UtiliSync TMS Offline Mode
Automatic Offline Support
UtiliSync TMS works offline without requiring any additional steps from the user. You don’t have to manually adjust any settings—offline functionality is built into the platform, ensuring a smooth transition when connectivity is lost.
New Tickets Automatically Downloaded
When you are online, any new 811 tickets you receive are automatically downloaded and stored on your device for offline use. This ensures that you can view and manage tickets, even in areas with no internet connection.
Complete Tickets While Offline
If you lose connection while working on a ticket, UtiliSync TMS will save your progress. You can continue clearing the ticket, including attaching photos, adding comments, and completing all required fields, without the need to reconnect. The ticket will be stored safely on your device.
Upload Form When Back Online
As soon as your device reconnects to the internet, you’ll receive a notification alerting you that tickets have been stored offline and are now ready for upload.
GIS Data Access
UtiliSync TMS relies on a live connection to load GIS data, which means that when offline, you may not see real-time GIS updates. However, you may still see cached information from your last online session, providing some situational awareness until you reconnect.
With UtiliSync TMS, you can trust that your ticket management process won’t be interrupted, even in the most challenging environments. The system ensures that all your work is captured and synced effortlessly when connectivity is restored, so you can focus on getting the job done.
