Customize Ticket List Columns
In this article you will learn how to change the order and visibility of the Columns offered in the Ticket List in the UtiliSync TMS app.
Instructions
- Sign in to your account in UtiliSync TMS and either open the Map with the Ticket List below, or open the Ticket List tab.
- At the top right of the ticket list, click on the Gear icon.
- Use the Column list that opens to arrange the Columns by dragging the double row of dots to the left of each Column title.
- Use the checkboxes in the Column list to mark which Columns you want to be visible in the Ticket List.
Success! You can now customize the Ticket List Columns in the UtiliSync TMS app.
