Export Closed Tickets

Our solution will allow you to export tickets so you can look at them at your own pace and get a glimpse of all the tickets. You can check them all in one place so that you can take action on the ones that matter most to you and make sure they are in line with your business strategy.

Instructions 

1. Log in to the TMS app - https://tms.utilisync.app/
2. Click on Closed/Open Tickets  

   
   

3. Click on DOWNLOAD  

   
   It will be exported via CSV file which is very handy instead of manually looking into each ticket. This makes it easier to track down the information needed by you and your team.

   
   

   Success! Your tickets are successfully exported.
