Enable GPS on iOS and Android Devices

Users on iOS devices (iPads and iPhones) will need to first enable location services before they can use the GPS in UtiliSync. Users on Android devices may need to enable location services as well.

Instructions for iOS

Go to Settings.
Select Privacy.
Select Location Services.
Select the browser that you want to enable location services for.
Select While Using the App. Note: Alternatively, you could also select Ask Next Time.
Return to the main settings page, then select your browser.
For the Safari and Chrome browsers, the next step is the same, but will look a little different. Select Location.
Here is a slight split between the process for Safari and Chrome.

For Safari, select Allow. Note: Alternatively you could also select Ask.
For Chrome, select While Using the App. Note: Alternatively you could also select Ask Next Time.
