Create a SWPPP Sign

This article explains how to create a SWPPP Sign in the UtiliSync Inspect app. 

This feature is only available if the organization that created the site has an Enterprise license.

Instructions

  1. Open your Site Info panel. (For instructions see this article: Access a Site).
  2. Find the Create New Form dialog.
  3. Use the Report Form dropdown to select the SWPPP Sign form.
  4. Tap the + button to add the form.

  1. Complete the form and tap the Submit button.
  2. You will get an email with a printable PDF of your SWPPP Sign.
  3. Anyone using the link or the QR code will be able to access (view-only, not edit) your site information.

Success! You can now create a SWPPP Sign with a QR code and a printable PDF.
