US811 Map Update

It is vital for 811 maps to be accurately and frequently updated. US811 automatically updates the map in two ways: based on time and tickets cleared. UtiliSync offers two more places that you can reload to generate the most updated map.

Automatic Updates:

• US811 updates their maps that we pull our ticket information from every 5 minutes when the UtiliSync app is open.
• The maps are also updated with each ticket that is cleared.

Reload Updates:

• There is a Reload button at the top right of the Ticket List.
• There is a Reload button in the Navigation Panel.
