Add a Photo to a Form

In this article, you will learn how to add a photo to a ticket in the UtiliSync TMS app. Adding a photo to a ticket is a very useful option for recording site-specific details.


  1. Select the ticket either from the Ticket List or from the Map.
  2. In the info panel that opens, select the form from the Report Form dropdown if you would like to start a new form. Then open the form by tapping on the + button.
  3. If you want to continue working on a form that you started previously, tap on the Log tab and then tap on the clipboard icon in front of your desired form.
  4. Find the form field for Photos and tap on +ADD.

  1. If you have already taken and saved the photo, then select Drag and Drop or Browse in the Add Image info panel. Next, select the image you want to add from your library.
  2. If you need to take a new photo to add, select Camera or Map to take a photo or a screenshot of the map to add.
  3. Whether your photo is new or saved, tap on Resize and Upload.

  1. Now that your photo is attached to your ticket, you can add a Description if desired.
  2. Tap the More Options (three-dot) menu to go directly to Markup to add details to your screenshot or you can Delete it.

Success! You can now add photos to a form.
