Add a Map Screenshot to a Ticket

In this article, you will learn how to add a map screenshot to a ticket in the UtiliSync TMS app. Adding a map screenshot to a ticket is a very useful option for recording site-specific details.


  1. Select the ticket either from the Ticket List or from the Map and open the Locate Request form.
  2. Find the form field for Photos and tap on +ADD.

  1. Select Map in the Add Image info panel.
  2. Select the area on the map you want in your image. Tap on Resize and Upload.
  3. Now that your map screenshot is attached to your ticket, you can add a Description if desired.
  4. Tap the More Options (three-dot) menu to go directly to Markup to add details to your screenshot or you can Delete it.

Success! You can now add map screenshots to a form.
