Add a Map Screenshot to a Ticket
In this article, you will learn how to add a map screenshot to a ticket in the UtiliSync TMS app. Adding a map screenshot to a ticket is a very useful option for recording site-specific details.
Instructions
- Select the ticket either from the Ticket List or from the Map and open the Locate Request form.
- Find the form field for Photos and tap on +ADD.
- Select Map in the Add Image info panel.
- Select the area on the map you want in your image. Tap on Resize and Upload.
- Now that your map screenshot is attached to your ticket, you can add a Description if desired.
- Tap the More Options (three-dot) menu to go directly to Markup to add details to your screenshot or you can Delete it.
Success! You can now add map screenshots to a form.
