Upload Your Tickets Submitted Offline

This article explains how to Upload your tickets that were submitted offline in the UtiliSync TMS app. Note: You need to be connected to an internet source to submit the tickets that you have completed offline.


Instructions

  1. If you have Tickets that were submitted offline, you need to upload them when you have a good internet connection again.
  2. Select Upload Tickets from the navigation panel.
  3. Check the tickets that you want to upload in the box to the left of each ticket, or check the top box to select all offline tickets.
  4. Select Upload Tickets.

Success!  The tickets you submitted offline are now cleared!
