Upload Your Tickets Submitted Offline
This article explains how to Upload your tickets that were submitted offline in the UtiliSync TMS app. Note: You need to be connected to an internet source to submit the tickets that you have completed offline.
Instructions
- If you have Tickets that were submitted offline, you need to upload them when you have a good internet connection again.
- Select Upload Tickets from the navigation panel.
- Check the tickets that you want to upload in the box to the left of each ticket, or check the top box to select all offline tickets.
- Select Upload Tickets.
Success! The tickets you submitted offline are now cleared!
