View Log For Closed Tickets

This article explains how to view the Log for Closed Tickets.  This can be done for Open Tickets as well if you have started a draft for a Locate Request Form.


Instructions

  1. Filter your locate request tickets for Closed Tickets.
  2. Select a Ticket either on your Map or in the Ticket List.
  3. View your Ticket Log.

  1. For each of your past submissions on a Ticket, you can view your Locate Request Form by clicking the Clipboard icon, view the Form Submission UtiliBot Dialog by clicking the UtiliBot icon, and you can view the generated PDF Report by clicking the PDF icon.
